Do not take a sick cat here. They are not capable of treating it properly and they know it but will take your money non the less. I took my cat here because he was not eating. I pleaded for an IV and X rays. They took his temperature and listened to his heart, that was the $80 exam. They wanted to run blood tests and keep him over night. I asked multiple times to put him on an IV. They called me in the morning and said "come get your cat he is not eating" .The reason I took him in the first place. The blood tests that were supposed to take 1 day came back in 9 DAYS! You don't need to be a genius to see he has an infection and needs antibiotics. $180 and no X Ray to see if something is in his throat or IV to nourish him. If you look at the vets hands they are all fat squatty Guatamalan type, I don't think they could even insert an I.V. They even charged me for food my cat didn't even eat. Don't take a sick cat here go to a real vet in Naples what I ended up doing. First thing the other vet did was give him an IV and X-ray.
I have taken my dog and the service is excellent. The staff is really friendly to you and the pets. It is really affordable compare to other places I been to. REALLY recomend one to check it out .
